Typically, a hypnosis session lasts anywhere from 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The first part of the session includes an in-depth interview in which you specify the outcome of your desires. Since everyone processes information differently, your session will be as unique as you are and created to reflect that. Once you have determined your preferred outcome, you will experience a comfortable state of relaxation for approximately 20-30 minutes. During this time you will be given positive suggestions and affirmations for optimal results. Upon exiting hypnosis, you will feel alert, calm, relaxed and better than you felt in a very long time.
